Festival Calle Orange Brings Latin Flavor to Orlando

October is the perfect time to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine and low humidity levels; it is also a great time to enjoy a little Latin flair at Orlando’s street festival, Calle Orange.

For ten city blocks in Downtown Orlando you will be met with heaps of food, music and over 20,000 fellow attendees.

This end of October Latin street festival welcomes guests of all ages.

Big Name Headliners

Megastars such as Eva Longoria can be found at Orlando’s largest block party. El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico –one of salsas largest and most popular groups – has performed on one of the four stages at this festival.

Other acts have included Tito Rojas and Grupo Mania.

Over the course of the day there you will have the chance to hear more than 40 local and international artists performing various types of music.

Kids Play Zone & Plenty of Latin Food

A whole block is dedicated to youth – bring your children to enjoy the day as well – there is lot for them to do.

There is no need to worry about staying nourished and refreshed since there are a vast number of food stalls.

Here you can find food from across Latin America and the Caribbean.

You will find your fair share of empanadas, chorizo, arepa, chicharron and coconut flavored drinks.

There are also information and service booths and merchandise vendors so you don’t have to leave empty-handed.

Be sure to come early – beginning at 11am – and stay all day to get the most bang for your buck at Calle Orange.
