A wrestling ring isn’t the first thing you would expect to see when you take your family out for dinner.
At Manor Professional Wrestling –located just outside of Orlando- you can expect the unexpected to be served alongside your dinner and this includes several wrestling matches.
Don’t write off the idea of watching these wrestlers square off while you enjoy dinner with friends and family.
Let’s clear out any confusion, you are not going to find EC3 or The Undertaker in the ring at this show, but there are a dozen wrestlers from all over the country here to entertain you.
The resident performers will take to the ring and claim allegiance to different lands, representing both good and evil.
As the Emcee welcomes you The Manor he tells a tale of a dark magic, evil spells and villages crumbling; leading him to take control and see that each warrior has the chance to battle for the Manor Medallion.
Over the course of dinner you will get to watch about half a dozen match-ups.
One such match is a multi-person, every man for himself battle with wrestlers of both genders giving their all to prove themselves worthy of the final rumble.
The winner of this match is pitted against the previous champion in hopes that they can take the title.
No two matches are exactly the same and you never know what will happen, if you’ve been before it may be time to come back to cheer for your favorite wrestler in hopes that he or she will take the title.
Anyone’s Guess is The Manor’s house band.
During intermission and at a few other times they will fill the air with original music in addition to a few really good covers.
If you have a song you would like to hear them cover you can make a requests.
The show doesn’t include a huge number of options, but what they do offer is more that filling.
The food is served buffet style just outside of the performance hall.
You are welcome to head back for as much salad, freshly baked bread, chicken breast, fluffy mashed potatoes and steamed veggies as you would like.
Juice, tea, coffee and water are free flowing during the show.
Each guest is also served a slice of cheesecake, which you may want to eat at the start of the show so that you have room for it.
The show doesn’t include a huge number of options, but what they do offer is more that filling.
At The Manor there is no red tape between you and your favorite wrestler.
After the show is over you will find every wrestler that you saw in the ring right in front of you.
If you have purchased any wrestler merchandise you can even get it signed.
They won’t bite you; just head up to anyone that you want to get an autograph from or take a photo with one wrestler or the whole crew.
In Central Florida there are a plethora of venues to choose from, but if you are looking for a new, outside the box type of show then you should make reservations at Manor Pro Wrestling soon.
The show is approximately two hours of high energy, fun for the audience.
And don’t worry about getting sweat in your food; there is a buffer zone between the ring and your dinner plate.
