A reservation deposit is collected and varies depending on villa size and season.

The balance is due 15 days prior to your check-in date, via credit card, check, or certified check.

8. Cancellation policy?

Reservation deposit can be used for a future booking or transferred to another family member.

Suggestions on what to bring.

1. Comfortable walking shoes - undoubtedly there is a lot of walking, your feet will be thanking you at the end of the day.

2. Items to cover up from the sun, such as: hats, sun block lotion, and sun glasses - that Florida sun can get to be a scorcher, also drink a lot of fluids.

3. Bug repellent - in the summer months the bugs are on vacation too.

4. Swimming suits and beach towels - there is nothing better after spending all day at the theme parks than returning to the pool or spa for a relaxing swim.

5. Photo and/or video camera - the only true way to rub it in to your friends and neighbors how much fun you and your family had on your vacation.

Other Suggestions - when visiting the theme parks, pack as lightly as possible.

Also, if a stroller is coming with you, invest in the light umbrella strollers which can be found at any Wal-Mart for approximately $15.00.
