Please read the following terms and conditions before completing reservation request form.

DEPOSIT

To reserve the villa for you we require a deposit(based on number of nights) which will be considered part payment of your total cost and is non refundable. A villa will not be reserved until the deposit and this form has been received by Orlando At Your Service Inc.

BALANCE

The balance on your villa is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. We reserve the right to deduct the balance from your credit card at this time.

CHANGES

If for some reason your plans change we will need to be notified in writing or by telephone 4 weeks prior to your arrival. At this time we will try to come to some arrangement if at all possible.

KEY AND MAP INSTRUCTIONS

After the full rental amount has been paid you will receive instructions on obtaining the key for your villa.
