Please read the following terms and conditions before completing reservation form.

DEPOSIT

To reserve your we require a deposit($15-$20 per night) which will be considered part payment of your total cost. Reservation can not be processed reserved until deposit been received.

BALANCE

The balance is collected on arrival date.

CHANGES

If for some reason your plans change we will need to be notified by email w week prior to your arrival. At this time we will try to come to some arrangement if at all possible. Cancellations within 7 days will be subject to a one night penalty.

KEY AND MAP INSTRUCTIONS

After the full rental amount has been paid you will receive instructions on obtaining the key for your villa.
