Enjoy a French Classic Dinner at Le Coq Au Vin

Chef Pitz and Chef Perrotte have traveled all around the globe for the American Culinary Federation and the World Association of Chef Societies, to give back to their profession.

This has also allowed them to research and develop new and interesting creations using local ingredients used around the world introduced in the specialty section of the Le Coq au Vin menu.

Le Coq au Vin is still among one of Zagats top restaurants with a score of Extraordinary to Perfection for their food.

Menu Features

The menu features many well known French classics, including Soupe A L’Oignon with creamy gruyere and ementhal cheeses, a light and airy Soufflé au Fromage, Escargots dripping in garlic butter, and Poulet “Coq au Vin” in the traditional red wine sauce.

Along with the regular menu, there is also a special Patrons Appreciation Spring 2013 menu that provides a three-course dinner for $35.
