Gluten and Allergy Free Meals at Walt Disney World

Updated: 30 July 2013 06:08:31 AM

Diners with special dietary needs have no reason to worry about their meals at Walt Disney World.

The chefs and restaurants are extremely accommodating to reasonable food allergy and lifestyle requests.

People who are looking for gluten free dining won’t have a problem filling up at any of the parks in Walt Disney World.

When you make a dinner or lunch reservation at one of Disney’s restaurants, inform Disney at that time of any allergies or dining requests and they will try to accommodate you and your party.

Many times the chef will substitute common allergy ingredients with other options to make your dining experience just as delicious – but without the worry.
