With regard to your request for feedback, I just want to let you know that your scooter saved our vacation. It was wonderful to have it delivered and picked up at our hotel and so easy to get into the car. We took it everywhere and my husband was able to do all the things we did in Disney World and everywhere else we went. It was truly our salvation! It made planning our vacation much easier. I can confirm that the service provided was excellent, when I arrived in Orlando, I contacted your office and I was advised that the chair would be there within an hour, it was there within the agreed time. The standard of the chair was very good, it actually looked brand new. Generally the total service provided was efficient and effective and I will be contacting you the next time I vist my holiday villa in orlando.Regards

We arrived in Oralando on 16 November, and as agreed our scooter arrived first thing the next morning. I really was a life saver. If it hadn't been for it my Dad wouldn't of seen and of the Disney parks never mind them all. The gent who delivered the scooter was really friendly and helpful and by the end of the fortnight i had un folding and building the scooter down to a fine art.
