yes, i'm afraid to say that we used coach usa, but i would never use them again. we were over one hour late getting picked up for the return trip. causing us to almost miss our check in deadline.

Thanks so much for such a fab service to/from Sanford Airport. Glenn was fantastic, really friendly and helpful, he even had chilled water ready for all 8 of us on our arrival! He suggested a stop for groceries on route to our hotel which was much appreciated and very welcome. I would recommend you to anyone looking for professional, friendly and very reasonably priced transportation in the Florida area.

Hi Jamie,
I want to "thank you" very much for your great service. Glen picked us up and we had a smooth transition from the airport to the WDW Resort. But, we cannot express how thankful we are that Glen was able to pick us up on such short notice once we ealized that the airports were closing due to the weather. Glen was then able to drive us to the Tampa airport without any problems or concerns.

I need to thank you in a BIG way for all your help! When I found out that I would be going to Orlando with 2 days notice I never thought I could pull it off. Since the hurricanes had just been through FLA there were no rental cars to be had. I hesitantly emailed you at 9pm on Wed night to see if you could arrange a ride for Saturday morning. I figured that I would hear from you on Thurs telling me that it couldn't
happen that fast. Imagine my surprise when you called me 10 minutes later and told me there would be no problem! It got even better when my family landed & were met by Carlos & a beautiful new Cadillac. Carlos was a professional, pleasant & knowledgeable and a true gentleman. When it came time to go home, I called Carlos to confirm our return ride. He had all the flight info & times correct & was there with plenty of time to spare. I thank you again for your help. I wish that all my business dealings were with people like you, life would be easier! If I can ever help to recommend your services please don't hesitate to call me. I know that the next time I travel to FLA I will be using Orlando at your Service again!

we had the most fantastic airport transfer with your company
The driver was on time, polite and very helpful with luggage, grocery stop etc.
The car was immacculate, roomy, comfortable and well above our expectations (and i drive a jaguar at home).
I would not hesitate to reccomend this service to others as a taxi/minibus was nothing in comparision to this luxury at a reasonable price.
