The Wave offers a Health Conscious and Eco Friendly Cuisine

Then pay a visit to The Wave, a table service restaurant at Disney's Contemporary Resort offering market-fresh, sustainable dishes in a funky, but elegant atmosphere.

Only a few minutes-long Monorail trip from the Magic Kingdom, The Wave is tucked away at the back of the resort's lobby where it would be easy to miss but for the futuristic light tunnel that leads you into the restaurant.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is a unique blend of family-friendly and ultra-chic nightclub with its sleek, modern furniture and unique light fixtures.

The menu at The Wave is also unique. Focusing mainly on American flavors, the menu offers sustainable, eco-friendly dishes made with only the freshest of ingredients, many of them locally grown.

Because of ever-changing seasonal offerings, The Wave's menu changes up to four times a year to be sure that your meal is always fresh and in-season!

One can expect to find fresh seafood, locally sourced pork tenderloin, tender steaks, whole grain penne pasta, and other delicious entrees on any given menu at The Wave.

The Wave also serves breakfast from 7:30 to 11:00 AM, making it an excellent spot to dine before enjoying a day in the Magic Kingdom.

Offering multi-grain Mickey Waffles sweet potato pancakes with pecan honey butter, seasonal, locally grown citrus and strawberries, and much, much more, breakfast at The Wave is sure to be a high-quality and delicious treat!


The Contemporary can easily be reached via Monorail from the Magic Kingdom.

The resort is the Monorail's first stop after you depart from Magic Kingdom.
