Eating Clean at Walt Disney World

In a land of popcorn, turkey legs, and Dole Whips, it can seem tricky to eat healthy!

But, in reality, Walt Disney World offers many healthy dining and snack options in all of its parks.

Many of the snack kiosks around the parks sell hummus and fresh fruit such as apples, oranges, and bananas, while there are plenty of table- and counter-service restaurants whose menus offer healthy entrees (including vegetarian and Kosher options).

For families who already eat healthy at home, Disney World can be a chance to really indulge.
