Enjoy Live Music at Italy’s Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase

If world class dining and shopping are what you seek then visit Epcot’s Italy Pavilion where guests can shop and sample fine Italian fare amidst the romance of a replica town that is reminiscent of Venice.

You can even find gondolas tied up along the World Showcase lagoon.

Much overlooked for its lack of rides and shows, the Italy Pavilion features live music, beautiful architecture, and plenty to smell, touch, and taste.

Be sure to take a stroll through its beautiful pink and white plaza when you next visit Epcot!

Attractions

Sbandieratori Di Sansepolcro is a flag-waving act that takes place in the pavilion center multiple times throughout the day.

The 500-year tradition features cast members dressed in attire appropriate for the 16th century and hand painted flags.

The 12-minute performance is full of music and a choreographed flag throwing show that excite the crowd.

Living statues – are stationed throughout the pavilion.

Keep an eye on this pavilion’s statues as some of them may suddenly come to life!

Dining

Tutto Italia Ristorante – offers traditional Italian fare in an elegant, Tuscan dining room.

Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar – is the place to go for wine, cheese, and an appetizer-style menu inside a rustic and cozy spot right off the lobby of Tutto Italia. This little spot features over 200 varieties of Italian wine.

Via Napoli – is where you will find delicious wood-fired pizzas, authentic Italian cuisine, and a beautiful, spacious dining room.

Watch your pizza be made and fired right before your eyes.

There is also a food cart where you may purchase Italian pastries, wine, and Italian margaritas.

Shopping

Il Bel Cristallo – is a shop that sells crystal, glassware, perfumes, leather goods, and other fine items.

You need to stop by here if you are looking for authentic Ferrari, San Lorenzo Venetian and other high end items.

La Bottega Italiana – offers imported wines, Florentine soaps, chocolates, traditional Italian treats, and much more.

Fun Facts

To say “hello” in Italian, say “buon giorno” (boo-on JOR-no), it's almost like a French "hello."

The belltower in the Pavilion is an 83-foot replica of the campanile in Venice’s Piazza San Marco.

Atop the tower sits an angel covered in real gold leaf.

The plaza in the Pavilion is known as the Plaza del Teatro and features a fountain inspired by Bernini’s Neptune fountain.
