Roanoke -- Cannibal Colony

Roanoke -- Cannibal Colony has been added to the impressive list of terrifying houses at this year’s Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios of Orlando.

For those who do not know, it is believed that the citizens of Roanoke Colony were left without food and supplies because they were unable to make a voyage due to war.

After years of hunger, they took on a gruesome cannibalistic lifestyle in order to survive.

When the ships finally arrived to the colony, the only thing that was left were the deranged cannibals who managed to outlast their fellow settlers in ways that are truly frightening.

Twisted Settlement

As soon as guests step foot into this maze of turmoil, they will take a trip back in time as they begin to explore the remains of this twisted settlement.

Visitors will be terrified when they realize that they are traveling through a room that is full of hungry man-eaters that are willing to do whatever they can to get their hands on fresh flesh.

Set Design

With intricate decor and sound effects, this house already has people wondering what it would be like to experience the chaos and terror that was sent through this real-life community.

The Roanoke -- Cannibal Colony offers a scary twist on this Classic American mystery to leave all guests completely shocked.

What’s particularly intriguing about the Roanoke -- Cannibal Colony house is that designers actually took a trip to the real historic settlement in Virginia.

During this time, they took hundreds of photos that they used as inspiration for the inside of the house.

They worked hours on end in order to successfully create a visually creepy yet realistic environment.

This ensures guests are in for a real spine-chilling experience as well as an eerie history lesson that they will not be able to forget anytime in the near future.
