Daytona USA is the Official Attraction of NASCAR
Hands on interactive shows and attractions allow several hours of motorsports excitement. Activities include: Speed Channel's "You Call the Race, " where guests play TV announcer and "call" a major Daytona race finish; EA Sports "NASCAR Thunder" allows participants to use computer technology to drive a stock car on the high banks of Daytona; and Heroes of the Track, an opportunity to question one of your favorite NASCAR drivers using DVD technology.
Hold on to your seats and prepare to experience the towering, larger-than-life magic of IMAX 3D technology in the Pepsi IMAX Theatre. Featuring "NASCAR 3D: The IMAX Experience" and the award-winning "DAYTONA 500 Movie" on a four story high screen. These films are action packed, featuring up-close and in-your-face styles of production that puts the viewer right in the middle of NASCAR's action!
Visitors exploring the attraction discover first-hand the universal appeal of motorsports. Examine the design features of a NASCAR NEXTEL Cup stock car at Dupont's Technology of Speed, in which Jeff Gordon's car actually comes apart in front of your eyes! Come face-to-face with the famous 31-degree banked turns of Daytona International Speedway at the High banks of Daytona section complete with three full-sized stock cars and a Craftsman truck series vehicle on this 4-story wall of pavement. Take a trip back in time, as you walk through a life-size time line of racing in Daytona and NASCAR's beginnings in the Goodyear Heritage of Daytona exhibit.
Make sure that you don't miss out on all of the ride along excitement on the various simulators allowing fans to see what it's really like behind the wheel! Take a fantasy ride in Toyota Tundra's Thunder Road. This two-seat full motion simulator allows riders to experience the thrill of racing in a Toyota Tundra and includes a 360-degree flip! Daytona Dream Laps is an iWERKS motion simulator ride based on NASCAR's premier race, the Daytona 500. The ride seats 32 guests for a full-range motion experience of NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series racing at Daytona International Speedway. Or try your hand at Acceleration Alley where guests are put in the driver's seat where they buckle up and accelerate to over 200 mph in 80-percent scale NASCAR simulators that combine motion, video projection and sound for the ultimate head-to-head racing experience.

Speedway Tour
At DAYTONA USA you can also enjoy a 30-minute, guided tour
of the Speedway.
The Speedway Tour takes guests on an open-air tram through
Daytona International Speedway's garage area, pit road, and
the world-famous 31-degree high banks. The tour is narrated
and describes each area of the track as you ride past. The
tour also makes stops at Pit Road and Gatorade Victory Lane,
track activities permitting. See what goes on behind the scenes
at the "World Center of Racing."
