Winter's Story is Inspirational

Rescued from a crab trap line when she was only three months old, Winter was brought to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium for treatment and rehabilitation.;

After a long struggle on the operating table, Winter did lose her tail, but not her spirit!

Fitted with an extraordinary prosthetic tail, Winter has continued on with her life with an energy that has inspired thousands and attracted global media attention to the incredible rescue work being done at the CMA.

Winter has been such an inspiration to so many people who have suffered life-changing injuries and illnesses that her life has become the subject of two Warner Bros. films!

Guests on this tour will have the chance to not only meet

Winter and her dolphin friend Hope, but explore the Dolphin Tale movie sets on location in downtown Clearwater!

Winter and Hope are not the only sights to see at the aquarium, which also houses hundreds of fish, otters, sea turtles, sharks, and stingrays!

With dozens of unique exhibits, your day at the CMA is sure to be a fun and educational one!
