Hotel Pickup Schedule
Our courtesy pickup points for our Orlando sightseeing tours are along International Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Irlo Bronson Highway(192) and select Disney hotels.
Pickup Locations
All pickup points allow free parking and are easily distinguishable.
Click on location name for address and map.
Wait outside the hotel lobby, the guide will come looking for you wearing a Gray Line/Gator Tour shirt.
Allow a 15 minute grace period from your pickup time for bus to arrive.
Crossroads,Publix and Big Orange pickup locations are in parking lot.
We will select closest meeting place based on your accommodations.
Hotel Pickups
Should you wish to be picked up at your hotel there is a $10 per person fee or $25 for entire family.

Wheelchair Bound Guest
Let us know if your mobility equipment is collapsible or non-foldable electric wheelchair/scooter.
A vehicle with a wheelchair lift is available.
However the vehicle needs special reservation.

Guests must contact office to confirm pickup details minimum day prior to tour, as hotel pick up included from most locations in Central Florida resort area. Pickups will be between 7:30 and 8:00 approximately. |

The locations highlighted in Red are the last pick up / meeting point area for each tour. For guests that want the fastest / express service to tour venues we recommend they board the bus at those locations. Tour departure times are approximately 5 minutes after this time once everyone had loaded on vehicles.
UPDATE - Please note we will be adding a pick up at the Universal Orlando LOOP in the near future. We are waiting for final approval from UO Parks and Resorts of what our spot number will be.
