Housed in southeast Orange County near Moses Park, the Wycliffe facility and Wycliffe Bible Translators offers an amazing Biblical museum for guest to explore the history of the Bible, world languages, different cultures and the Bible translation work involved.
This multimedia, interactive museum presents the process and tasks in translating Scripture for all to understand and appreciate.
Just imagine, of the world's approximate 6,800 languages, only about 392 have their own version of the Bible.
Therefore, some estimated 3,000 languages do not have their translation of the Bible.
WordSpring Discovery Center aims to fill in most of these gaps by archiving the entire translation process, as well as the conversion challenges it demands.

Take in the thirty-minute Face to Face talks given by different missionaries involved in translating the Bible and linguistics at 1:00 p.m., from Monday through Friday.
Learn and get a window on the people and the cultures of Ethiopia during the once a month A to Z Adventure program.
Understand the value of teamwork and about the people waiting still for Bibles in their language during the Step to Bible Translation workshop.
Monday to Friday at the top of each hour, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., an interactive tour is conducted.

The self-service restaurant opens for lunch daily from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for beverages and snacks.
WordSpring Discovery Center is open from Monday to Friday, at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every first and third Saturday of each month.
Admission is charged.
