Sommerfest at Epcot’s Germany Pavilion

Visit Epcot's Germany Pavilion for the chance to enjoy bratwurst and German beer in a charming, cobblestone plaza in Old World Bavaria.

Inside the castle walls in the back of the Pavilion, Sommerfest is a counter service restaurant serving up many southern German favorites, such as frankfurters, sauerkraut, and authentic, hand-twisted pretzels.

Souvenir Stein

Sommerfest also boasts an imported beer and wine list with the option of having your Radeberger Pilsner or Altenmunster Oktoberfest served to you in a souvenir stein.

Also on the menu are Schnapps and Jagermeister, as well as coffee, hot tea, bottled water, and soft drinks.

To finish your meal, choose one of Sommerfest's rich desserts: apple strudel, Black Forest chocolate cake, or Bavarian cheesecake.

Indoor & Outdoor Tables

While you may prefer the shade of Sommerfest's indoor tables, the seating outside offers views of the Germany Pavilion's lovely statue of St. George.

Also keep an eye on the beautiful clock tower, which chimes and presents a unique display at the stroke of each hour.

There is no separate children's menu at Sommerfest, so if your kids do not like German cuisine, it may be best to skip this one.

If, however, you have your heart set on German, you can also try Biergarten, the Germany Pavilion's table service restaurant, which shares a building with Sommerfest.

There you will find many choices for kids and other picky eaters.

The Germany Pavilion is also a great place for Character interaction, as Snow White and her Prince often make appearances in the front of the Pavilion.
