The Fast & Furious franchise has continually given audiences action packed movies for over a decade.

This has led to a number of video games and toys to keep the action going, now the racing will become reality as Universal Studios Resort Orlando has announced that a Fast & Furious ride is coming to its theme park.

The ride will be called Fast & Furious: Supercharged and is scheduled to open in 2017.

Letís Ride

Strap yourself into your seats because once you jump into one of these Fast cars you can expect to go on an exciting ride.

As soon as the ride starts you’ll find yourself in the middle of all that action that you have loved in each of the seven movies.

The ride will take you on its own unique storyline and use incredible ride technology to take you on the ride of a lifetime.

This ride will take you deep into the underground racing world that were made famous in the movies.

Many of the actors were an integral part in the making of this ride.

If that wasn’t enough you will also get to check out some of the high-speed, supercharged cars that you’ve seen on the silver screen.

The new ride will be placed at the current location of the Disaster: A Major Motion Picture Starring You! Ride, which will be permanently closed September 8, 2015.

Fast & Furious Franchise

In 2001 Fast & Furious took the world by storm with a different style of action.

The little known world of street racing quickly gained traction through the film and lead to six sequels and two short films over the next 14 years.

Many great actors have also played starring roles in this movie including: Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges and Jason Statham.

If the timing works out this attraction may have lines wrapped around the building as park guests are excitedly celebrating the Furious 8 film, which is slated to hit the big screens on April 14, 2017.

Expect lots of action and excitement with this new thrill ride at Universal Studios Resort Orlando.

You’ll want to be a part of the “Fast family,” trust us.
