Universal Studios Orlando Gets Social

They way of the world these days is social.

Everyone is connected to his or her mobile device.

Universal Orlando Resort is getting in on the game and has taken to social media in order to communicate with its guests.

In July 2015 they officially launched their Social Media Engagement Center in order to keep up with the times.

Connect Via Social Media

On weekdays from 9am to 6pm EST the team assigned to manage Universal’s social media platforms will be there to answer any questions you may have and share your excitement.

Most theme park guests use Twitter or Facebook in their personal life and now they can go to these apps to aid in their vacation planning and memory sharing.

Now they want everyone to get in on the fun and contact them through their official Facebook page and Twitter account.

You can send public or private massages and expect a timely response.

You can also use the #AskUniversal hashtag to get their attention.

Guest Services Partnership

In order to make sure any concerns are issues are properly addressed the social media team is partnering with their Guest Contact Center and Guest Services team to ensure that you are provided with factual information.

This information will also be used to better your park experience and that of other park guests.

Whether you see an overflowing toilet or meet the greatest restaurant host in the world, they want to know.

You can also share your trip reports, amazing photos and tips for other guests and they will see them as long as you are using the correct channels for the team to see them.

Don’t feel that your only way to get your questions answered is by calling Guests Services because your answers are only a tweet or Facebook post away.
